Always wanting nothing more than to put smiles on people's faces and give them a few hours away from their normal lives, I am a singer-songwriter based out of Reidsville North Carolina, who is a little bit of outlaw, little bit bluegrass, little bit of rock 'n' roll, and 100% country.

Born and raised in small town USA Eden NC, I grew up listening to any music you could think of on 45's, 33's, 8-tracks, cassettes, and CD's. I learned how to play guitar and sing at the age of nine and never looked back. Helping form an alternative rock band in my late teens, Soul of the Matter released their first album in 1996, and we played in clubs, bars. and the college scene from High point NC to Raleigh NC. Later on, I reunited with the original players to form a Christian rock band. In 2023, after a short break, Soul of the Matter reunited and is bringing back 90's alternative to both old and new fans. Country music has always been my true calling, and in 2021 I joined forces with BMI and Nashville singer-songwriter Dane Corum, playing guitar and singing with his band playing local festivals, and most recently opening for national touring and recording artists Shenandoah.
